First of all they were 45 minutes late getting me into an appt I made days in advance. I went into the salon asking for an easy updo and I brought a picture in with me to show how I wanted it done. The lady never listened to a word I said she did a horrible job on my hair I ended up leaving and doing it myself, which luckily for me turned out fabulous. I've always been pretty good at doing my hair so I should have just stuck with doing it myself, but I had a Ball to go to and had alot of things to do through out the day I figured I would save time by having a "professional" style it real quick, The lady who was doing my hair kept telling me how bad of a job my highlights looked from a different salon I went to and how dry and course my hair was. My entire life I have had dry course curly hair this has never been nothing new to me, but why does the lady feel the need to keep reminding me how course my hair was? Basically she was making me feel UGLY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Another negative I made an appt for me and my girlfriend to get up-do's, and the same lady was supposed to do our hair. Why wouldn't you have TWO different ladies so we could both get in get our hair done, and get out. The lady who "tryed" to do my hair took forever, infact in the middle of blow drying it she asked to go take a quick break to grab a bite to eat because she was so hungry even though she was 45 minutes late on my appt. The Owner or head hair lady knew how late the hair stylist was running didn't offer to help work on my friend to get her hair done instead explained to the the other hair stylists "she was leaving for 20 minutes on a break" So she left. As I kept expressing how unhappy I was with my hair, I had asked her to just take it all down and please just curl it, which shouldn't of taken that long because I curl my hair almost every single day, she explained to me it would take too long to curl my hair. Not to mention I HAD TO SHOW HER how to use a curling iron to flip your bangs out and I haven't even been to cosmotology school. At this point she was fine with letting me be unhappy with my hair. Well the owner or lead lady pulls her into the back room after I said how unhappy I was and to please just take it down and curl it. I'm sure the conversation went as followed "Just let her be unhappy and let her leave" because the woman came out saying she doesn't have time to do anymore. So I got up paid for a blow-out and still tipped her $20 because I work in the customer service industry and I know she works on tips, so I didn't want to be that much of a butthead. But needless to say my girlfriend stayed got her hair done, and it looked decent but she wasn't that happy either and was there for almost 3 hours for a braid and some curls to the side!!! I am extremely unhappy and will NEVER be back, they really are missing out because I could have been a potential good client, because I I would have spent alot of money there along with nice tips, IF they would have listened to me and tryed to fix the problem, instead they just didn't care one bit. I wouldn't even give this 1 and half stars the survey I answered did, Probably because I pressed Skip on products and bathrooms because I didn't see or use their facilities. I give this 0 Stars and I will tell everyone I know NOT go here.

Michelle was warm and professional. She did a great job on my relaxer and rinse. I was very impressed with the finishing results!!!!
