Had to wait an hour and a half to get my daughters hair cut. Will not take appointments for Hair Cuts, but will take it for Hair Coloring, Ridiculous! Staff is not friendly at all!

They weren't friendly at all.I would never recommend them to anyone. ( My regular barber was closed.) I signed in, the place was empty, after gossiping about real estate they finally acknowledged my presence. The hair-cutter spoke broken-english, I asked her to "shape" my hair, she "shaved" it off. (She never muttered a word while I was in the chair). My glasses were off so I could not see what she was doing when I realized ...it was too late! I'm sure I will get "cutting" remarks in the office tomorrow. In all fairness, I don't have a full head of hair but have much less now.
