On Oct. 27th,2012 I stopped in Allaboutyou salon to purchase some Scruples hair products. The bottle of hair spray I pcked up to buy price said $13.00 so I gave the girl my card to pay but decided I wanted another so I told her to add another bottle but that bottle and all the rest was priced at $10.00 so I ask her why and I thought I should get all for the $10.00 price. She said she didn't know how to delete a sale so I told her to run my card 2 times. She got very rude and used the F word 2 times and said she didn't have time to fool withthis shit. She said the products was someone else's & she didn't know anything about it. I said excuse me & she said never mind. She gave me the $10 price & through my ticket to sign at me . I told her I was sorry I made her mad & her reply was I'm tiired of fooling w/ people today I don't have time for them.She wasn't busy. 1 person. Upon leaving I opened the door and told her thanks for the rudenes & she said get out of here bitch. My first & only time to be in salon. I have never been treated so rudely and never ever been talked by a (professional) if you can call her that by anyone anywhere. It was around 4ish that day. So you will know who was working at that time & date. I am going to call Mon. & try to talk to the owner/manager. On a scale of 1-10 on friendly & professioal employees I give it a 0.
