Awesome job by Joan the owner. She is polite and cares a lot about what style is going to look best on you! The environment is very warm and friendly. Prices are reasonable and the all natural products that my husband and I buy from the salon work really good. I would give this salon 10 stars if I could.

I was shocked by how much foul language the staff used in front of their clients. It made me never want to return. I had an extremely difficult time trying to get an appointment with them. They were only open for a few hours, and were always full. Don't call this provider if you're in a hurry. Every time I call I have to wait on hold forever. I think I got a gray hair the last time I was waiting. This provider has no helpful information available online, apart from their address and phone number. They just have a basic listings page. They seemed stuck in the past. I was nervous about being exposed to archaic treatment methods. I called to inquire about some information and she hung up on me twice saying shes not interested and didnt even let me speak she was rude, and un professional.

Not at all, they had plenty of staff members to help me whenever I needed assistance
