I went to this location to get my hair colored. I waited 20 min. and then the girl asked if I wouldn't mind leaving for a half hour and coming back so she could take a break. I politely said that I would just come another day so she went ahead and took me. The process took FOREVER compared to the same process performed at nicer salons. A toner with ammonia was applied which hurt a ton, so it was washed out. The entire process had made me late for where I had to be so after applying a milder toner on it, I had to leave despite the fact that the color looked like straw NOT blond. She said she liked it. BULL SHIT! I looked like crap and she knew it. I was late and had to leave and no apology or discount was offered for the shitty results or the superfluously dragged out process which has NEVER hurt or taken that long anywhere else. I was quoted $38 on the phone and charged $55 for this crap! The next day after work when I made it back in and relayed the story, demanding my money back, they refused because she had had to removed the ammonia from my head because I was in pain. OH, I'm sorry you can't bleach hair like a professional! She tried to fix it and failed with no apology, no refund, discount - nothing and the man I told this to was was a snotty asshole who did not care in the least about me or the fact that a client of theirs was dissatisfied and wronged. They were completely UNPROFESSIONAL, and they don't give a damn about the people who walk in there which was more than obvious. I will NEVER go there again and will tell everyone I can to avoid making the mistake in being reamed by these delinquents. SAVE YOUR MONEY PEOPLE!
