They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded. Not only were they able to provide everything they promised me, they went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations. One of my pet peeves is bad breath, and one thing that I have always noticed about this provider is that they never have bad breath. I've never even noticed a smell at all. I knew I was getting top-of-the-line treatment when they told me about what they learned at the latest conference they attended, and how they were incorporating that knowledge into the practice.
