I will recommend Andrea to everyone I know. I could not be happier with my first visit there. The staff was great and I loved the way they took care of their clients. I have found my salon and will be back for sure.

Their staff was not that friendly, and didn't go out of their way to make me feel welcome. I waited 20 min after my appt time to get started. Wasn't offered a beverage, was then told to hang up my jacket in the restroom. GROSS!!! When washing my hair the water was either hot or cold. She was overly rough scrubbing my scalp. Then I stood there waiting again to sit down while she was doing something on her cell phone. She was extremely rough and tugging at my hair blow drying. I then had to sit there again while she accepted another phone call. And by this point her next appt has arrived. So I sit there again while she greets them. I then have a different stylists take over. But she was able to pull herself away in time to cut more length of my hair and tug and pull some more. This was my first and LAST time ever going there again. To sum it up. I clearly asked for 2 inches cut off with long layers. I left with 5 plus inches cut off and 1 layer halfway up. This was the worst experience and now I have a horrible hair cut to show for it.

Absolutely. The stylist was very careful to make sure I stayed completely dry.
