I think the reason the other person was not happy with the service is because no one ever takes time to call ahead. We have had a great experience in this salon. They are always busy. But their prices are reasonable, and their staff knows what they are doing. I'd rather have a great hair cut than some chatty patty that does the same cut on EVERYONE. I don't think they are rude. Just professional and busy.

Extremely rude staff. Got there at 6:30pm, they close at 8pm. There were 4 staff, and only 2 were actually working. I was told I'd need to wait only 10 minutes. After 25 minites, nobody had bothered to apologize to me or even acknowledge my presence. 2 staff were still chatting away, DOING NOTHING, and the other 2 couldn't have cared less I was there. At 7pm, I just stood up and left. If they don't appreciate or want my business, I'll gladly oblige them. Worst hair salon experience I've ever had! STAY AWAY!
