As usual the actual facility was tired looking but the gals here are fabulous and Phuong did an excellent job with my eyebrows:) It was $25 for Lip, Eyebrows and tip. I have already rescheduled with her as she did not take too long (I start getting that frantic feeling if it takes too long) and it was not at all painful and the result was great! Plus the comments from the people getting their nails done was favorable as well and English spoken here rather well, if you care about that.
