I was not impressed with this salon or the staff. The owner highlighted my hair but did not use the technique that I asked for. I believe she may have been unfamiliar with it as it is a relatively recent trend, but instead of telling me that, she just kind of did what she wanted. She was very kind and warm but her work was rushed and sloppy so I had to book an appointment elsewhere to get it fixed. She let me know that she'd been doing this for 30+ years, which only tells me that it's been DECADES since she's been to beauty school! At the end of my appointment, she curled my entire head with a small-barrel curling iron and I left the salon looking like a soccer mom :-/ This salon may be alright for middle-aged women on a budget but I believe young people looking for modern looks should go elsewhere.

Also, the tiny salon was very outdated, overrun with plants and heat lamps for them, and had a very uncomfortable atmosphere/ambiance. I would not recommend this salon to anyone I know.

Impossible to get an appoinement, got the deal through Groupon, called everyday for 1 week, noone returned by call, went to the studio directly during business hours stored was closed, called groupon got my money back, dont waste your time, you will never get an appointment
