I had some bad experences in the past as well as some wonderful ones... one thing I can say is if they make a mistake they will make good on it.. this last time the hairdresser really didn't get what I wanted but coming back and talking to the Leader I was able to walk out of there with JUST what I wanted.. I'm very happy and will return.
