Good morning. I tried contacting you by phone but no one answers. I find myself in a bit of a situation. My mother in law paid you $5,300 back in May of 2015, with the promise that you would help her feel better. She paid in advance because she was lured by the idea that if she pre-paid at once, the per-visit cost would be considerably lower. She was given a blood test and conveniently tested out of the normal range for a number of data. Interestingly enough, those areas are the ones outlined on your website as being the signs of a malfunctioning thyroid gland. Even more interestingly, she has never before or after been told by any other doctors, including physicians at North Memorial, that her thyroid is malfunctioning. She visited you four times. She then encountered numerous added health issues (and curiously, still nothing thyroid-related) and was forced to interrupt treatment with you due to the ever-increasing amount of pain she was experiencing. Turns out she needed a hip replacement. If only she had been seen by a doctor who specializes in bones and joints disorders. Like a chiropractor maybe. I guess you were too busy reinventing yourself as a thyroid specialist to remember the basics of chiropractic care. At any rate, she asked for her money back. She was denied. This is our last cordial attempt at obtaining a refund. We understand that out of the $5,300 treatment plan, she used four sessions. At $180 per session, the balance due is $4,580. We expect a prompt resolution of this matter.
