The office is casual and comfortable. I see a comment about professionalism of staff and management. I know the husband does Laser procedures and management duties. The nurse and receptionist have changed over the years but the current staff is and management have been a pleasure. Dr. Colbert, who I love, of course may request staff to handle difficult patients. Can't please them all. In general, they were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up. I love that they never cancel their appointments last minute here. I can always count on them to be there for me. They're really great about taking their time with me, and they don't mind answering my questions. I've never felt like an annoyance to them no matter how many questions I have. They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important. I've never had to worry about them being understaffed or not being able to help me right when I need it. They have a huge staff that's very knowledgeable and qualified.
