My Grandmother was here for 4 days and she was sitting by the NURSES STATION and she tried to stand up by herself. Without anyone around, she fell and broke her hip and her shoulder and has a large gash on the side of her face.

This is unacceptable to me since she was put there for her own safety and they let a 92-year-old woman fall at the nurses station. Where were the nurses? Who knows!!
