They acted like I was intruding and never made me feel welcome to visit my family member, she was bored to tears and said she was going mad because they did not let her go outside and get some sun, just kept her cooped up all the time,and she loved the outdoors and the sun. She said she was coloring in a coloring book they got her with crayons. When she died they never told us, never put it in the paper, never called anyone in the family, some of us did not know for a year so we could not give her a good funeral, send her off with prayer, she does not even have a public death notice for generations to look her up in the genealogy records. Mary K Diaz was her name and she was a beautiful woman.

They barely acknowledged me and rushed me in and out of the office. I am always so impressed with how quickly my calls are answered here. I am never put on hold for a long time and love knowing that if I have a quick question I won't have to wait a half hour through terrible music to get it answered. I plan on telling everyone I know about how terrible this nursing home is. I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy. The restaurant wasn't a restaurant. Horrible food, bad service, but they call it a restaurant.
