i feel my mother is receiving the best care out there. i have yet to meet an employee (food services to administration) that i didn't like.
everyone takes the time to get to know not only the patient, but their family members. i feel as if i have gained a whole new family since my momma was placed in this facility.
there is no favoritism. all patients are treated well.
the facility is always clean.
staff is always present and available. they are always available whether i'm in the facility or on the phone.
i thank God every day for placing my momma in this facility!

They're always able to answer simple questions over the phone. They only make me schedule appointments if necessary. I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged. They always take the time to listen to me. I know they really care about me and what I have to say. They always return my phone calls quickly. I always know that I'll get a prompt answer to my question. They're really great about taking their time with me, and they don't mind answering my questions. I've never felt like an annoyance to them no matter how many questions I have.
