They answered my questions and spent a lot of time with me. I didn't feel like they were trying to rush my appointment at all. They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan. I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated. I plan on telling everyone I know about how fabulous this nursing home is. Its really a place you can trust. I felt that they really valued my health and happiness because they followed up even after my appointment just to check up on me. It was such a nice gesture that made a huge difference. I am in the process of sending the Executive Director a personal note thank you her and all the staff for the care my mom received while being a resident at the St. Vincent da Paul facility. Everyone from the receoption to the 3rd and physical therapy staff demonstrated thier compassion for the elderly. Thank you, Elsie Zayas
