We have a handicapped relative living in the facility and we are very pleased with the care received. When we visited the facility today, the staff paid close attention to us and answered all of our questions. The staff at the Riverview Nursing Center is very friendly and professional. We were very satisfied with our visit. The staff were helpful and we left feeling encouraged.

I would never recommend them to anyone. They were terrible. They never made any effort to follow up with me after my visit and it made me feel very unimportant. I know they see a lot of patients, but when you say you're going to follow up, you should. Every time they left the room, the staff would immediately begin complaining about how much they disliked working there. It made me nervous, and I didn't go back. The first time I walked into their office, I immediately smelled an absolutely horrible odor. I don't think they've ever cleaned the place. It made me nauseous. I would never refer any of my family and friends to go here. If I had know how terrible they were I never would have gone.

Not at all! They were happy to address every concern I had
