Please read!!! This place is absolutely the worst place I have ever witnessed. My mother was there for rehabilitation and she got very little My mother was in a hospital and had to go to a rehab facility prior to going home. They tell you they can attend to your needs but they don't. When you question them or bring something to their attention they ignore it because they feel 'they know best' which is a load of crap when they only spend 2 hours a week for therapy. You know your familiy member or friend better but they don't listen to your concerns. My mother caught C-Diff in this place and it was all over the facility. She had diarreha for over 4 weeks and no one knew what to do. My mother fell 3 times in their care. Her medications were on the back of the toilet and we had to ask them to move it. They didn't think enough of it themselves to know this is unsanitary. My mother had seizures while in their care because they didn't give her meds timely and the correct dosage. She would hit the call button and it would take them 20 mins to come help. They are way understaff and you can see the tension in this place between the employees (CNA vs LPN vs therapists). Our goal was to get our mother out of that place ALIVE....enough said.
