They made sure every single question I had was answered clearly, and I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged. The staff have impressive understanding. I was most impressed to see friendly and alert patients at this facility during your. This is rare to see in a nursing facility.

They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. Whenever I make an appointment, I'm always confident that they're going to be ready for me at my scheduled time. At other places I've been to, it's always bothered me when they postpone my appointment, but they've never done that here. They never have that typical, annoying music playing here. If they do play music it is soothing and appropriate for the setting. A couple of times they've stayed open a few minutes past their closing time to help me, but most of the time they'll close at their scheduled time whether someone needs help or not.
