This facility reeks of urine and seems very unsanitary. Not as friendly. Very disappointed in what this nursing home has become. Would not place a parent or grandparent here.

There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. The staff was truly one of the best staffs I've ever seen. They genuinely care about everyone who visits. I was confident that they were using the latest treatment methods. The staff is great about turning their phones off when they come into work. Their full attention is always on the patients. I'm absolutely going to be recommending this place to everyone I know. Not enough people know how great this place is. However, once this nursing home changed hands in 2009, the level of care was never the same as what it had once been under the Greene family. Loved the care my grandmother had while they ran the place.

No, I left with more problems than I came with!

Definitely not. They seem to care more about themselves

No, they are really great about answering the phone right away
Were you able to get answers to simple questions from this provider without scheduling an appointment?
Not at all! I had to schedule an appointment for absolutely everything!
Does this provider ever overbook appointments here?
All the time! the waiting rooms are always packed and It seems as if they are more concerned about quantity over quality
