Of ur loved one needs to be here let them for as little as possable ! I was blessed to be a trained CNA! My fathers sheets where never washed ever ! I shaved him are family never spoke to there Dr. M Bryce bot his condition I wanted a neurophyche test done didn't get one ! The nurses couldn't do enough for u n my father most CNAs talked along the wall amongst themselves ! RUDE! N LAZY they would not want there father n dirty sheets or clothes unshaved n one more thing my dad is 79 years old n don't text two times there were text messages on his phone "whats up"
The Lord is watching any un honesty!!!!!

This facility was horrible. My loved one was here for 2 months and I was glad when we were finally able to get her transferred. They over medicate the residents and the staff seems annoyed when they have to respond to the call button. There were ants in the rooms and depending on which day it was the facility was not clean. Very few activities for the residents so they just sit in the halls all day. Th doctor's do not communicate with the family as to what is going on. To this day I am so sorry I selected this facility for my loved one. Of course during the initial tour they only show you the cardiac unit which is the best area of the facility. There are no phones for the residents on the second floor; of course this was not mentioned during the initial tour.
