I am absolutely not happy with this place!! The nursing staff is rude. I do not understand why you choose a nursing profession if you don't care about people. They are providing bare minimum care for my father. Its been three weeks and I still have not seen the doctor on site. No reports, no updates. If you have another option, I would highly suggest another place. So very disappointed.

This place is a DISGRACE! My husband got a TERRIBLE RASH on his back bc he wasn't ever given a shower or WASHED! When he ASKED a worker there to WASH HIS BACK, he was handed what appeared to be a TOILET BRUSH WITH A SPONGE & told to DO IT YOURSELF! There was a MESS in the bathroom that HE tried to clean himself. When the person came in to CLEAN the BATHROOM all she did was EMPTY THE GARBAGE CAN! There was still PEE & POOP on the toilet seat. I got someone else & ESCORTED HER INTO the bathroom (bc she told me the CLEANER was just in there & she was DONE). When she saw for herself the APPEARANCE of the bathroom, SHE got someone in to clean it!
He was in there bc of a leg surgery. His wound was NOT CLEANED properly & became infected. All these things; the infection & the rash, happened on THEIR WATCH! Also, his medication was NOT given in a timely manner. I think it's terrible that you almost have to hold a GUN on a staff member at a health care facility to get them to do their job ! I will say that the THERAPY he received was very good; but other than that, I hope to NEVER have to set foot in that place AGAIN!
