They never left me for an extended period of time and I never felt ignored. I am not going to refer my family and friends here. I just wasn't that impressed. They didn't tell me very much about my treatments' risks and benefits. I still felt like I had to do my own research. They had a few different appointment times available but none were perfect for my schedule. They barely had any magazines to choose from, and the ones that were available weren't very interesting. Was needing rehab thus the reason I was there to check out the place. The therapy staff were unfriendly and just not welcoming. From others that I know that have had loved ones in this facility, they were not pleased with the therapy staff as well. Many people in the community have stated that the therapy department is nothing like it used to be. Therefore I took my mom elsewhere.
