My father was placed here for only one month for Alzheimer's disease on the 3rd floor. They transferred him out to the hospital twice in only 3 1/2 weeks. Doctor only saw him once & never tried to correctly adjust his medication to control his behavior. The support staff was sweet but the nurses & admin were rude. They ignore their patients & only do the necessary, do not go above & beyond. I was told by the director that they do not offer "one-on-one" care. Would never recommend this facility to anyone!

The facility is not clean. The facility contains broken drawers for the residents to use. A few members of the staff are helpful. Most of the staff do not respond nicely to questions from the family. Information is difficult to obtain about our father. The room is dirty and personal hygiene is not a priority.
