Left numerous patients whom I spoke to in their bed to urinate on themselves due to the fact that the nurses claimed that they couldn't help the patient. Medicine not distributed properly, as in amount and times supposed to be given.

Patients ask for help getting to the restroom, a nurse will simply say "Go in your bed, we'll clean you up later". Later soon found out to be hours after the patient was forced to urinate on themselves.
