Some of the CNA's are downright ABUSIVE!!!!! HORRIFIC upper management looks the other way while the patients are ignored in terrible situations.

While analysis and scrutiny of any facility would reveal deficits, the staff at this rehabilatation center were caring and friendly. My Father suffers from dementia, so trustworthy and dedicated personnel are essential to his daily care. The care provided at Heartland--West Bloomfield was very acceptable.
