I’ve had nothing but a pleasant experience here. The staff in general is very nice and professional. There’s always a bad apple but any issue that came up was taken care of and dealt with immediately. There are 2 people in particular that you should get to know- David the assistant administrator and Jordin one of the CNA’s if she’s still there. Made my transition here very smooth. I’ll miss them and the others!

The medical staff is incompetent. My mom came in one day and found my dad completely uncovered. They don't take accountability and on holiday weekends, the staff and neglect are a nightmare.

Don't trust the medical staff for any opinions. When my father felt war,, my mom informed the staff and they said don't worry. 2 days later, the man was turning blue. Had we not been there to rush him to the hospital, he would have died of neglect. When my dodger d,sanded they give him oxygen, the oxygen tank was broken. My father died 48 hours lTer, result of an untreated uti. The staff is nice, but has no respect for the elderly or human life.
