My mother-in-law has been well taken care of in the Greater Harlem Nursing Home and Rehab Center. We do not announce when we are coming for a visit. Each time we have been able to visit from out of state, we have found her clean, healthy, well fed, and in good spirits. The staff on the second floor has taken very good care of her. They are very kind to her and show her a good deal of attention.The ladies at the security desk upon entering the building are very pleasant and efficient. My husband and I believe the good care that she has received has certainly extended her life and enabled her to live a happy life in spite of her dementia.

Do NOT put your loved one in this facility, they are very rude and unprofessional. They make a lot of mistakes and then try to cover themselves later. For instance if they know you are coming they will clean up the patient but if you don't come they pretty much leave them unattended. All they care about is the money. DONT GO!!!
