This facility might have a 4 star rating, but it seems they do not want to return phone calls. I was trying to get information on the facitily, left a message on Darlene's phone, she never returned my call. I called her later on in the afternoon and she was in her office. When I finally got to talk to her, she never mentioned my message or that she was going to return my call.
If you can not receive a call back for information, what other situations will they not return your calls?
