I can't say enough about the excellent nursing staff and rehab staff at Emerson Health and Rehab Center. They were so attentive and truly made my mom feel secure and comfortable. My mom spent 3 weeks there in rehab and has never been better!! She still talks about the great food, fun activities, and how clean the place was! I recommend Emerson to anyone who needs to go to a rehab center!

Just as a side note, I was very impressed with how conveniently located this business was and how close it was to other shopping centers. It was so easy to find, I didn't have any trouble at all. They've answered a couple of my questions over the phone, but most of the time I have to schedule an appointment. They were far to arrogant to get any sort of outside advice, even though they knew they should. I was hoping to see someone that considered my safety more important than always having an answer. I found the office, but only because I had simple, very clear directions. I wish it had been easier to locate. They weren't careful at all, and I was in a lot of pain after my appointment.

Yes! They took a personal call right in front of me. I found it to be incredibly rude.
