They are terrible. We are in litigation with them. They refuse to provide readable copies of my Mom's records.

She suffered broken bones, left on the floor in the middle of the night with broken ribs. They did not send her to the hospital for nearly two hours after she fell. The aide who found her asked " Why are you sleeping on the floor?

She suffered chronic eye infection during the four years she was a resident. Rarely could I get somebody to answer the phone at the nurses station when I would call at night.

Don't allow your loved ones to become a resident or patient in the Nursing home.
