Two visits...two completely different experiences. First time was for a respite visit and everything was perfect....Staff excellent, Cleanliness, excellent...couldn't have been happier with them...Second time..one year later...second time ever I attempted respite...staff didn't seem to care...crammed into room with another patient whose equipment took up most of the room..Didn't feed her...didn't give meds from all indication as everything she was sent with came back in full....By second DAY I knew I was not leaving loved one in their "non care"...won't go back....

My grandmother was there for rehab purposes. She had fallen and broke her hip. They only did about 30 minutes of "rehab" with her and it was usually sitting the lounge room playing a game. She ended up getting sick and was transferred to Gadsden Regional where she was played on a vent for more than a week. NOW if the nurses were doing their job they would have noticed that she had BED SORES and fuild in both lungs. NICE JOB taking care of my grandma!!! I will NEVER recommend this facility to anyone.
