Our family member did not have good care at this facility The room was dirty and he was not given good care His dentures were not removed at night to be cleaned His clothes were dirty His face and hands were not cleaned Even though he was a diabetic his food was not regulated and he was not given snacks He continually had a pressure sore We observed many other problems Even though we have moved him to another facility we continue to be harassed We have asked for a copy of records which we are sure would be highly censored and were told it would cost over 4000.00 He is not able to read due to the diabetes but was visited at the new facility by the administrator and business office manager and told to sign a paper and when his wife (who has power of attorney) walked in and asked for a copy was refused Stay away from this facility They have a lot of problems
