Apparently they haven't ever heard of the saying "the customer's always right" here. Having a high level of customer service doesn't appear to be their top priority. I do not agree with the way they do business here, it is always their way or the highway. They are so uncooperative if a customer complains and are never willing to admit if they are wrong. Their staff was somewhat friendly, but they didn't go out of their way to make me feel welcome. They didn't tell me anything about my treatment options. I left feeling very confused and frustrated. It was not easy to reach them in an emergency. I had to call several times before I finally reached them.
