Graduate of New England College of Optometry in 1998. Dr. Kelvin Nguyen grew up in the bay area and graduated from University of California Santa Barbara in 1994. He started his first private practice in Merced, California in 1998 with his wife Dr. Jacquelin Le. Dr. Nguyen is extensively trained in primary eye care, ocular diseases, laser vision management, and Contact lens fitting. Currently, he is an affiliate of the California Optometric Association and San Diego Optometric Society.He and his wife Dr. Jacquelin Le, and two children reside in Rancho Bernardo. He enjoys playing basketball, tennis, fishing, snowboarding, and biking.

They are always prepared for my appointment and remember everything about me. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. I couldn't believe how great their office looked. It was very obvious that they took pride in the office's appearance. It was one of the best looking offices I've ever seen. I've been other places that left me unattended for quite awhile, but not here. They would never leave me unattended and they always go the extra mile to make me feel cared for. Not only do they never postpone my appointment, they always try to get me in as soon as possible. I love that I can always get an appointment right away, and I never have to worry about them rescheduling it.
