I've never had to worry about them being understaffed or not being able to help me right when I need it. They have a huge staff that's very knowledgeable and qualified. The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded. Not only do they never postpone my appointment, they always try to get me in as soon as possible. I love that I can always get an appointment right away, and I never have to worry about them rescheduling it. I was very impressed with the level of knowledge that they had about different types of contacts. They were so helpful that they even recommended a brand that they thought would be appropriate for my lifestyle. I couldn't believe how great their office looked. It was very obvious that they took pride in the office's appearance. It was one of the best looking offices I've ever seen.

They always take that extra step to make me feel special. I always enjoy my appointments here. I was able to relax during my appointment here. Everyone makes sure you are comfortable and at ease. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. This provider has helpful information available online, which is really convenient. They have a good website and online presence. DR.Mignault is fantastic and his staff are very helpful!!
