RUN, DO NOT WALK AS FAR AND AS QUICKLY AS POSSIBLE AWAY FROM THIS orthodontic practice. They charge for EVERYTHING!!! Break anything, $50 to $150 per incident, replacement retainer $225, even though the retainer broke in my child's mouth, in the normal wearing of said retainer. They over charge for everything, they nickel and dime you and even once they take off the braces, they still charge you. They also don't know what they are doing. Told them my child's teeth would not come in on their own, one year later, doctor says, Oh maybe we should pull the baby teeth. You think? I curse the day I walked into their artificially sweetened office. He knows one thing and that is HOW TO MAKE MONEY!!!

Not only do they never postpone my appointment, they always try to get me in as soon as possible. I love that I can always get an appointment right away, and I never have to worry about them rescheduling it. I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. When comparing them to others I have visited for the same condition, they are among the best I have seen.
