My boyfriend wanted surprise me with a couples message for my birthday. He booked it here just looking at the reviews. We were very disappointed! First it is not easy to find on the street level. Then when we go up the steps it does not look very inviting. We wanted to leave but thought maybe we were being pro tenacious , so we stayed. The girls took at least 15 minutes to prepare the room that we had reservations for . Upon the initial consult we discover ther are no lockerroom facilities nor any shower available for after an all over oil body massage.
The message was supposed to be "deep tissue" .. All we got was hot rocks rubbed on us and placed under the neck and back.
Not worth the money we paid!!!
In order to get to this review page u have to answer questions that gives them a rating.. I would not give them a 3... Perhaps a two because the rocks were hot.

I don't think I have ever been put on hold here for a long time and am so impressed with how quickly all of my questions are answered. There's nothing worse than having to wait on hold for a half an hour just to get someone to talk to you. They always make sure to return my phone call as soon as possible. They've never left me waiting. It is obvious that their office is cleaned regularly. It was fantastic. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. Before they started my massage, they asked me how I preferred to have my massage done, to make sure they gave me exactly what I was looking for. They really care about giving their clients the best massage possible.
