New Insights, Inc has been active in drug and alcohol rehabilitation in Central PA since 1986. The agency is comprised of two full-service facilities located in Cumberland and York counties. The comprehensive nature of our programs addresses a broad range of treatment needs and a full continuum of care.



New Insights is a strong force in the rehabilitation field as proved by our status as an in-network provider for many commercial insurance companies, HMO’s, and managed care organizations. In addition, public funds are often available for services at New Insights for residents of Cumberland, Perry, York, and Adams counties.

Do not go here for court mandated drug/alcohol evaluation. I was told the cost was $130. They also give you a drug test which was NOT mandated by the court. I assumed the cost for this would be covered by the $130. Well this was not the case at all. They billed my insurance co. for $512. She never mentioned anything about the cost for this which in my opinion was deceitful. I think they are worried about making money as a business more than anything else. My attorney told me to avoid this place and now I know why. I guess I'm not the 1st person to be screwed over by this place. Definitely would never go here again.
