The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded. It was so nice to arrive and see many fully qualified staff members. I've gone to some places that were very understaffed and I've never had a good experience. This place had a great staff though, and I'll definitely be going back. They offer the best pricing I've ever seen. I couldn't believe how little I ended up having to pay. When comparing them to others I have visited for the same condition, they are among the best I have seen. They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up.

Extremely cold impersonal doctor. Doesn't listen patients and will make you repeat same information again. A friend came in extremely sick, Plokamakis saw her, and then made her walk to an atm a few blocks away to get the copay in cash because he refused to take a check, all this knowing that she was a regular patient and having just diagnosed the severity of her condition. Apart from that, offices and rooms are old and dingy and he is simply not that knowledgeable of a doctor.
