I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. It is obvious that their office is cleaned regularly. It was fantastic. They have really great customer service here. They always put their customers first, regardless of the situation. There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. One thing I love about them, is that they're always willing to ask for other qualified professionals' advice when they don't have an answer for my question. I never have to worry about them giving me a wrong answer just because they weren't willing to ask for help.

I have found this doctor and his staff to be quite unreliable. The doctor is often late, my appointments are shifted without me being told, often I have to wait almost an hour to be seen. When I needed a refferal for my broken foot, they did not call me back as promised and went on holiday. I called three times when they got back, only to be put on hold, hung up on, and not called again.
