When you meet Dorothy the first thing that you get about her is her beautiful smile and warm, positive energy when she greets you. Then you find out what she thinks and knows and then you know you are in good hands. She is so genuine and knowledgeable, she really wants to help and I have learned so much from her in the past few month's and I am now healthier than I ever have been! I have type 2 diabetes and am now getting control of it. It looks like many of us have to learn how to eat right again and Dorothy will give you the tools and tricks to learn how to do that! I learned portion size, control and how to make it work anywhere. Dorothy has shown me a very cool app that showed me how the food in my fridge and cupboard's are rated from A to F. Very useful! I now understand how to combine foods so they will be more productive in my body and I'm Gluten free and I feel great! I am very glad my doctor introduced us because Dorothy has changed my life for the better!

One thing I liked was that all her equipment was current and in good working condition. I felt safe under her care. Dorothy is so nice and extremely friendly. I was able to relax and really enjoy our session. I feel like she go out of her way to accommodate my schedule. I always get the appointment time I want. I am positive that there is no way I would've ever reached my health goals without Dorothy's help. Without her I'd still be stuck in my old habits and routines. The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded.
