I ended up seeing Dr. Wohlfeil because she absorbed my previous OB/Gyn doctor's patients. I requested my medical records, but was called several times by Wohlfeil's office and coerced into making an appointment with her. The receptionist(s) in her waiting room are very snooty. My husband was amazed that they dealt with patient issues loudly/violated HIPAA while he sat in waiting room. My questions to the MD about menopause were met with an attitude of "welcome to getting older". Nursing/support staff (don't think they were nurses at all) not very professional.

The waiting area here is extremely spacious. There is never overcrowding and everything is spaced appropriately. This is one of the friendliest and most welcoming offices I've ever visited. They put in the extra effort to make me feel valued and important. They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important. They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional. I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged.
