They answered my questions and spent a lot of time with me. I didn't feel like they were trying to rush my appointment at all. They were extremely argumentative and became angry very easily. I was trying to explain my situation and they just contradicted everything I was saying before I could finish. They seemed like they were extremely irritated to be at work, and that they couldn't wait for me to leave. They didn't seem to want to help anyone. It was easy to get the appointment time that worked for my schedule. They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up.
