They definitely didn't have enough staff members on hand. It seemed like one person was trying to do everything, and I ended up waiting for a very long time. There's been quite a few times where I've been on my way to my appointment, and they've called me to postpone it. It's not all the time, but it's still annoying. They left me completely alone for a long time and I became very nervous. They didn't tell me very much about my treatments' risks and benefits. I still felt like I had to do my own research and the staff is extremely unprofessional!

Doctor was very knowledgable and explained very well. I feel that he is keeping his knowledge up to date and felt comfortable with him.
