As previous reviews have said, this doctor is extremely unprofessional. I was suffering from multiple kidney stones for weeks. When I finally was able to get in to see him, he dismissed my claims and refused to help. Basically he called me a liar as he didn't think I had multiple stones. I went to a different doctor later that day who confirmed multiple kidney stones. Overall "Doctor Cahoon" is dismissive of patients concerns and complaints, will not provide aid and makes inaccurate diagnosis

This doctor was a total JERK!!!!! I saw him for repeat kidney stones. He had my records from 10 years ago and since they didn't show I had kidney stones then, he didn't believe me that I could have them now. I told him where my updated records are and he didn't seem to care. I am pregnant and he told me he has never dealt with a pregnant person with kidney stones before so his hands were tied. There are not many tests you can do while pregnant to detect kidney stones, which I did know going into the appt. However you can do an ultrasound, not the best way to see them but it was a test I could have done. Yet he refused to order it. It was almost as though he was worried I would prove him wrong. Any questions I had instead of answering them he shot back with well now you are just assuming you have kidney stones again. I do believe after having kidney stones before I know what they feel like. I have one that is stuck in my ureter and he just said well if it is a stone it will just pass on its own. I mentioned it has been stuck for 2 weeks and I was concerned it wasn't coming out an I believe I have another one in my kidney. He didn't seem to care. I would not advise anyone who wants to be treated with respect and kindness to see this jerk.
