I was not impressed with this doctor what so ever. The first appointment was ok, when I went for the follow up I was 6 minutes late due to traffic and asked if they would like me to reschedule, the office staff told me it was fine and not to worry. I sat in the waiting room for almost 15 minutes before I got back to the room, which was not an issue for me. I was told they would not be able to proceed with the full procedure due to limited time so I asked to reschedule so I wouldn’t have to do it twice. This doctor proceeded to inform me how valuable her time was and she could have seen other patients. I am a professional business person; I am certainly aware of how to treat paying customers and this is not it. The first thing that came to my mind is that she is more worried about the money coming in the door rather than the patients she is treating. I would like to remind her that I am paying you for your service; I am certainly not asking for a handout, she makes you feel like she has bigger and better things to do then attend to you the paying customer. I was even paying in cash, instant money for your valuable time! If you want an experience where the doctor cares about you and not the money you are bringing in the door this doctor is not for you. She may have all the credentials in the world but she does NOT know how to treat people. Her time is way more important than yours!
