Dr. McLaughlin is a very compassionate and caring professional. She really listens to what is being said, and... " she hears what is being said." (Big difference)!

She was "right on target," with my symptoms and behavior, as if she knew exactly what I was going through. "She really does understand, and she was able to encourage me and it helped me to become hopeful again, when I was wanting to give up on the mental health system.
