This doctor calls for expensive out-of-pocket diagnostic mammograms without first checking past annual films or running an insurance-covered screening mammograms. This cost me $1000 out of pocket for something that could have been clarified with a little due diligence. Then, on followup, he kept his patients waiting two hours. Those who knew him said, "it's always like this." Routine overbooking is rude and arrogant. Patient time is valuable, too.
